Carrier Bags!
Marks&Spencers have started charging 5p for each new carrier bag in a scheme to help stop global warming and to get people to recycle carrier bags. You can also purchase ‘bags for life’ or ‘turtle bags’ etc. that are made to be reused hundreds of times.

Our new ECO system!
Our school uses too much paper. We need to use less paper and recycle more; e.g. using scrap paper and don’t put paper in the bin unless it’s useless. Also, when you use the photocopier, don’t put paper you don’t need in the bin; if it’s blank put it back in the photocopier and if they are printed on use them as scrap.
This will help the environment and the school funds.
Thank-you for your co-operation,
Year 6 Cooper Perry

Stafford Borough Council have recently released their new ’3 bin scheme’, where everyone is given 3 ‘wheelie’ bins; a green one (for rubbish), a blue one (for recycling) and a brown one (for Garden waste).

Please use these bins and if you don’t have them, take them to your nearest recycling centre! (ONLY IF YOU ARE PASSING OR YOU ARE WASTING FUEL!)
